Description
A unique and peaceful way to end the day. This 1 hour gentle yoga class is for all levels. Starting at sunset, watch the lights fade over Honolulu from your paddle board. As it gets darker and the stars come out, the calm water below each person is lit up in blue, green, purple, and red lights from beneath the board, making the ocean feel even more magical.
Ala Moana Beach Park is perfect for this because the water is generally calm and it’s protected from wind and waves. It’s fun and challenging to combine yoga with balancing on a paddle board. The class itself is slow and mindful so that you can enjoy the beauty of the ocean and the city lights.
The instructors from Yoga Floats, LLC will also take pictures throughout and share them with you at the end.
