Description
Tim Ho Wan’s Hong Kong location has a Michelin star, making it the cheapest place to get a Michelin-starred meal in the world. (Heads up… it’s not cheap by dim sum standards, but definitely by Michelin Star and Waikiki standards.) The Waikiki outpost is a casual spot on the 2nd floor of the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center.
There are no carts of dim sum being wheeled around here. Instead you check all the things you want off a paper menu and within a few minutes, everything starts to appear at your table.
Must try dishes include the Pan Fried Turnip Cake, Baked BBQ Pork Buns, Spicy Won Tons, Deep Fried Eggplant with Shrimp, and Matcha Sesame Balls.
